How long do I have access to the course?

How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.

When does the course start and finish?

This is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. Even if you don't have time to go through all of the course content as soon as you enroll, you'll have lifetime access (as well as be 'grandfathered' into all future updates!)

What if I want a refund?

MYTH: You can only order salads at restaurants if you want to lose fat

Truth: Ordering only salads at restaurants is neither necessary or a flex. Going out to eat is about trying new flavors and cuisines, so if you are only ordering a salad in the name of health, you are missing out on life!
Both my clients and myself see incredible success while still leaving restaurants full, and satisfied.

I believe this because through both my own fat loss journey and others', I've discovered that when you have a plan that fits seamlessly with your needs, goals, lifestyle, and preferences, you don't need willpower to follow it. And when your plan is flexible, you don't need discipline to make progress.

MYTH: You have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and hardly ever eat out to lose fat

Truth: The Balanced Blueprint is specifically designed to accommodate all different skill levels in the kitchen, your willingness to cook, the time your have available, and your resources. I have created a total of 8 different meal prep/planning methods, all detailed in the modules, so you will undoubtedly be able to choose one (or multiple!) that align with your personal preferences and abilities.

You’re not losing weight because you lack willpower/discipline/self-control

Truth: If your relationship with food is unhealthy, and if you aren’t factoring that into your plan, you’re going to have a much harder time changing what you’re eating and achieving your goals. So it’s hardly ever a willpower problem. Usually it’s a relationship with food, all-or-nothing mentality, lack of mindfulness problem.
AND instead of creating a plan that requires tons of willpower and discipline to stick to, create a plan that works WITH your lifestyle, food preferences, resources, etc. Because when you have a plan that’s easy to follow, you don’t need willpower to follow it. It’ll feel like you’re just living your life, and progress is happening almost in the background. That’s exactly what I teach my clients in the Balanced Blueprint.
